MediSense works directly with medical centres all across NSW.
We collaborate with General Practitioners, Specialist Doctors, Community Pharmacies, Nurses & other health care professionals in optimizing medication regimens and educating patients.
What do we do?
MediSense provides Home Medicines Reviews (HMR) to the greater community and Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMR) to government funded residential aged care facilities.
We aim & strive to enhance patients benefits from their medications, reduce medication misadventure and reduce adverse events.
